2. Description of Service

StackGuardian AI provides AI-powered technology stack auditing, including guided onboarding, automated analysis, and generated audit reports. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of audit reports.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Free Brief Reports

Free Brief Reports are provided as a demonstration of the Service. These reports are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. They are not a substitute for professional technology consulting.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another user's account
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Service
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and generated reports, is the intellectual property of AiConsultancy.org.uk. You retain ownership of the business information you provide during the audit process.

8. Limitation of Liability

StackGuardian AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on audit reports.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
